Attraction listing request

Please upload 1-3 landscape images for your listing. Images need to be at least 1800px wide and at least 1MB in size. Images must not have any text or logos on them. Each image file size must not exceed 2 MB (megabytes).

White Cliffs Country is the tourism department of Dover District Council. This form is for individuals granting permission to Dover District Council for the use of contributed media, in Council material: I hereby grant to Dover District Council the non-exclusive right to use and reproduce the contributed media for marketing purposes, online and/or via other digital/print methods; and to authorise such use and reproduction as may be deemed necessary by the Council to facilitate use of my contribution for the purposes hereby permitted. I represent and warrant that I am the creator of my contribution and that no intellectual property or personal data rights of any third party will be infringed by the Councils use of the contribution for the stated purposes. I declare that all necessary permissions and/or consents have been obtained and understand that the Council will not be held responsible for the grantor’s failure to obtain clearances prior to completion of this form. I confirm that I am aged 18 or over.

The Council will process your personal information in the making of the image(s) and/or recording(s) available for use for educational and/or marketing purposes in appropriate file formats via web-based and/or other digital and/or print methods. I understand that: editing may be required by the Council or by agents authorised by the Council for quality or technical purposes; edited subsections may be used in other Council materials for purposes stated above; the image(s) and/or recording(s) will be stored securely in appropriate file formats on servers belonging to the Council and/or its authorised agents.
