    White Cliffs Country is the tourism department of Dover District Council. This form is for individuals granting permission to Dover District Council for the use of contributed media, in Council material: I hereby grant to Dover District Council the non-exclusive right to use and reproduce the contributed media for marketing purposes, online and/or via other digital/print methods; and to authorise such use and reproduction as may be deemed necessary by the Council to facilitate use of my contribution for the purposes hereby permitted. I represent and warrant that I am the creator of my contribution and that no intellectual property or personal data rights of any third party will be infringed by the Councils use of the contribution for the stated purposes. I declare that all necessary permissions and/or consents have been obtained and understand that the Council will not be held responsible for the grantor’s failure to obtain clearances prior to completion of this form.
