Barnsole is a boutique Kent vineyard and winery run by a handful of passionate wine makers who strive to produce premium quality Kentish sparkling wines.

One-hour tours with the winemaker can be booked via email or by telephone but visitors are welcome to drop in for a free tasting without appointment. 

The tours include a sample of sparkling wine upon arrival, a look at the vineyard (and a walk amongst the vines, weather permitting), a look inside the winery to see how the wines are made, concluding with a tasting of a flight of wines.

Tours are £20 per adult. Please note that while Barnsole endeavours not to mix groups, you may be invited to join another group at your discretion.

Opening times

  • May to September - daily 10am to 5pm
  • October to April - every day except Wednesdays 11am to 4pm

If the weather is poor, please ring ahead. Evening tastings and tours by appointment only.
