A talk on 'Rehearsing Armageddon.' by Len Howell. During the Cold War of the 50's and 60's, NATO conducted exercises to test its response to nuclear attack by Russia. Len will look at the 'Fallex 62' exercise, the scandal that resulted, and at the Regional Seat of Government set up below Dover Castle.
