Hosted by Dover Town Council and taking place on Saturday and Sunday evening, the free event was adapted for social distancing, enabling pre-booked ticket holders to wander through a series of immersive fiery installations. The Fire Garden amazed visitors with sculptural scenes of flames and foliage along flame-lit pathways in the heart of Dover.
Visitors were able to follow a trail of unusual exhibits from intricately-carved flower boxes and flame-filled floral chimneys to mechanical plants that burst into flame and holly bushes that ignited in a flash. A unique outdoors activity, the Fire Garden warmed up a chilly winter weekend in December and cast a golden glow around Dover’s Roman Lawn.
