Hut 55 is located in a large beach-hut style shack on Deal beach and serves drinks and pastries, cakes and snacks to take away. Specialities are great coffee and massive sausage rolls, offensively large Scotch eggs and lashings of homemade cake. There is deckchair and bench seating next to the shack where you can enjoy your picnic purchases while admiring the view. You can also order and collect pre-prepared picnic boxes. 

Summer opening hours:

  • Tuesdays to Sundays 9am to 3pm (depending on the weather - please see Hut 55's social media channels for updates).

Autumn opening hours:

  • Thursdays to Sundays 9am to 3pm (weather dependent; as above).

Winter - closed.
