White Cliffs Country is supporting the tourism industry in Dover District to Bounce Back to Business in 2021 with a series of fully-funded online training courses. Available to the hospitality sector and leisure businesses, these bespoke courses provided by Dover District Council are designed to boost sales, develop media skills, increase marketing success and deliver excellence in customer service.
Working in partnership with Keep Your Fork, Tourism South East and the England’s Coast Project, the industry-relevant training programmes are tailored to local (Dover District) businesses.
Welcome to Excellence
Spaces are currently available to book for White Cliffs Country's free online Customer Service Excellence course, run by Tourism South East. This self-led course can be completed in the comfort of your own home or at work. It consists of 8 modules in the form of downloadable pdf sheets, each covering a different aspect of customer service.
